GateGuru App Reviews
GateGuru might have been the talk of the town lately. But, the site had grown infamous for unprocessed bookings and customers’ information not being kept confidential. Before we get there, let’s discover how they started. Well, as we found out, GateGuru was established in December 2009 by Dan Gellert and Jeff Arena in New York.

How Does GateGuru App Work?
GateGuru covers airports internationally. As the name works, the travel app serves as a traveler’s guide to his trip itinerary from the location to destination.
Guru actually means “teacher;” this actually means that the mobile application is the customer’s guide to getting around the airport as well: more than the gates, but also regarding shops, restrooms, and food establishments. On GateGuru, customers can share photos and reviews of their experiences while in a particular airport. In that way, travelers help each other discovering what to expect in a certain airport. This includes information regarding facilities and amenities. The app actually also provides real-time flight status information and notification.
It is actually simple to use GateGuru. Customers just have to input their itinerary, then GateGuru works on the rest. They basically connect the dots for travellers and bring forth a part-by-part travel experience. This information includes airport news, weather, terminal location, departure and arrival information.
We actually tried to look at the official site and it only mainly promotes the travel app. As you can see from the web page, they use the slogan “Travel. Reinvented,” because they actually revamped their whole interface. Since the development, GateGuru had been showing small processes and updates.
GateGuru App Reviews of Users
After reading through GateGuru app reviews, the travel app actually has been ranking down due to continuous complaints posted online. As we mentioned at the start of this review, we actually discovered GateGuru in the worst case possible. A friend of mine actually complained that this travel app had charged him but he never got the service he deserved. What’s even worse, he never got a refund and GateGuru is so hard to reach.
They used to take action when something goes wrong. This time, there are a lot more feedback but some of the problems are getting out of hand. I wonder what GateGuru is working on to fix this problem.

To be honest, I hesitate to use the GateGuru app, not because of what I wrote, but because of all the facts we found out. GateGuru app reviews alone were enough to convince me that this mobile application shouldn’t be used lately. It shows they are under maintenance. Well, we’re hoping GateGuru could be developed in time.
