HotelTonight App Reviews
HotelTonight’s idea was rooted from the founders’ first travel startups: DealBase in 2004 which hosts hotel reviews, and TravelPost in 2008 which compares hotel deals. It was in December 2010 when Mr. Sam Shank merged these two ideas and launched HotelTonight in January 2011 as a mobile travel app that offers same-day-only bookings. The travel app is available both in the App Store and Google Play Store. And, based on HotelTonight reviews shown on iTunes and Play Store, the travel app’s functionality is crisp and the features are great too.

How Does HotelTonight App Work?
Initially, HotelTonight was only available in the United States and Apple products, but has extended its network to Android devices in July of the same year.
It now includes cities in Europe, Canada, Central America, and South America. It also extended its services to allow customers to book rooms up to 7 days in advance.
HotelTonight has a website, but it will only provide a direct option to download their app. Apart from that, HotelTonight’s PC version shows the latest tweets of their consumers and some of their last-minute deals. Just a heads up, booking will only be from tonight, tomorrow, and next week. But again, the reason why they promptly ask travellers to download the app is because the only option to book with their hotel deals is through a mobile device or their travel app.
HotelTonight App Reviews of Users
However, customers are NOT showing equal appreciation as to how HotelTonight appears to be efficient. HotelTonight reviews generally focused on the travel company’s bad customer service which, in the end, will just make their customers unsatisfied. But, what really caught my attention was some HotelTonight reviews are complaining about the app crashing or not saving information, that they have to uninstall-reinstall the app several times before it works again. These complaints were actually the reason why majority of the consumers ended their feedback with, “Never again.”

What really caught my attention was actually the company’s name: “HotelTonight.” It sounds a little erotic, but it turns out to be a new travel startup on a mobile application. I am having mixed emotions over HotelTonight. I tried downloading the app; it actually looks good at first. But, I noticed the travel app itself was malfunctioning after I entered some of my credentials to sign up for an account. Is it reliable or just another fraudulent travel app?
