Prague Vaclav Havel Airport

One of the best airports I have ever been on (not saying that because I am Czech :)). Well organised. Nice people. Shops. You feel like if something happens, people help you. When I was for example in Istanbul airport, I did not have such good experience when I left my bag somewhere.”

Free wifi and a super affordable grocery store next to the second terminal. Need I say more about this airport ? Although ryanair sucks, this airport made the wait for the gate number super bearable. We were feeling a little fruit deprived so we got 11 nectarines for only 30 crowns!! Such a good deal. Lots of seating and their wifi is pretty darn good compared to the hostel we stayed in. Very clean too. There’s only 2 terminals here too so if you got off the wrong one the walk isn’t horribly far.

The size alone of Terminal 2 is worthy of 5 stars. Very impressive. Feels like you’re in a hangar that could accommodate a double-deck Airbus. Because it’s so big, I never felt crowded here, even though we were here at the ass-crack of dawn to catch an early morning flight. Plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating and duty free locations. Security checkpoints moved quickly. Easy to navigate.”
