What Users Have to Say
Unfortunately, there are little to no United Airways reviews online from which to base our opinion on. In this case, we will rely on the general appearance of their official website to come up with our own United Airways reviews.
However, here is what United Airways’ profile said about the airline: “The airline is often criticised for their poor service due to frequent delays, flight suspensions and poor in-flight amenities. In September 2014, the airline temporarily suspended its operations for three days following a conflict among its board of directors and a financial crisis. The airline again suspended all operations on 6 March 2016, after a previous gap in service from mid-January to 24 February of that year.”
Their Official Website, Main Services and Features, and Inflight Experience
United Airways only has economy cabin seating on their aircraft, none of which feature inflight entertainment. An inflight magazine, Welcome Bangladesh, is offered. On domestic flights, juices and candies are served while inflight meals are provided on international flights.
Their official website looks attractive, featuring the airline’s dark blue and rainbow colour scheme, moving text, and sliding images. A small map of their destinations is shown above the company logo.

United Airways reviews and their services, as seen from their airline profile, add up to an airline that could benefit from more work. They’d been trying to improve their services, though United Airways reviews already pointed out that they often experienced flight delays or suspensions.
When I checked out United Airways reviews, I noticed the airline’s inflight experience might not be satisfactory for most passengers.
